Let’s talk about #10, 1and1. They have cheap prices and good server hardwares. However after being with them for less than 2 months. 1and1 tech support are found to be very poor and canceling services are rather difficult. They still made the list because after all, they are possibly one of the biggest hosting company. But if you need basic reliable hosting, 1and1 is for you, just don’t bother asking tech support for help on trouble shooting php codes to work with their service.
